    Dealer offered $1000 off the MSRP and $1000 rebate (loyalty incentive). Is that a good deal these days?

    Hi, what's the MF and RV for M550xi in zip code 94583? Is it (info removed)? I'm getting confused because the previous comment says 54%, but that's not tallying up with the broker offers. Thanks in advance!

    I'm not getting any discounts from Autonation apart from $1000 BMW Loyalty, I guess, that's normal for today's market?

    No, they can't use an incorrect residual. The correct residual for 36/7.5 is 58%

    The BMW numbers are national.

    Other brands, it's based on the dealer location.

    And you're absolutely sure these are the June numbers? I trust your #s 100% but reason I ask is cuz we went to lease today at Bill Jacobs BMW and they quoted us a MF of .00230 and 56% residual. I feel like they're trying to fudge the numbers.

    They are marking up the MF for extra profit.

    My bad on the residual - it is 56% for 36/12.
