No, they can't use an incorrect residual. The correct residual for 36/7.5 is 58%

Other brands, it's based on the dealer location.

And you're absolutely sure these are the June numbers? I trust your #s 100% but reason I ask is cuz we went to lease today at Bill Jacobs BMW and they quoted us a MF of .00230 and 56% residual. I feel like they're trying to fudge the numbers.
