    The only cash and equity, total, I will be giving to the dealer at signing is the $2,616.00 positive equity from the A5. Thanks for the info on the MF. I will confront the dealer with the correct number of .00126

    Thank you! One more question. On the Edmunds lease calculator, what is the difference between MSRP and Selling Price Before Incentives? If the model I've built is $57,490, but Edmunds is showing $52,850 with the configuration I can add to the calculator, which of the MSRP and/or Selling Price Before Incentives line items do I adjust?

    Based on MF of 0.00128 and residual of 58%, I think they've discounted about $3,200 (or 6%). Am I missing something or is this actually a good deal (even for pre-Covid)? Just wanted to hear if anyone here thinks I'm missing something. I'm in NorCal.

    But yes, that does look like a pretty good deal, given the current market environment. Is it a difficult to sell color combo? Or, a custom order that the original customer refused?

    The $699 includes that monthly sales tax. They tell me that the $2K upfront covers the acquisition fee, DMV fees, and first month payment.

    It's actually grey/black combo so I'm not sure what's driving this but at 6% off in this environment I'll take it! First time for me going through this, so any advice appreciated.
