Do all of these numbers add up? This is in NJ, Q5PP, 36/12K MSRP $55,040

I haven't decided if I'm going to pay tax and fees upfront yet (If I roll it into the lease, payment goes up to $941). Advice here would be welcome as well. Thank you!

Thank you so much for confirming that this looks right. I have shopped around in the sense that I have called about 6 other dealers and they do not have one Q5 available for a month or more. All Q5s are sold before they even come in and many are going above MSRP. So... I was able to find this one - it's more than I need (didn't want nav) and now I just have to decide if I pay taxes and/or fees upfront or whether I should even consider buying since the APR is 1.99 vs. 4. something for lease.

Ok thanks. One more question about lease, if you don't mind. In terms of deciding whether or not to pay taxes and fees upfront, wouldn't I assume that by paying them upfront I would pay less out of pocket in total than if I rolled taxes and fees into payments because I'm not paying interest on the T&F? When I compare the two quotes, it appears that I pay more out of pocket with the deal I sent you vs. the $941/mth which includes T&F. That isn't making sense to me so wanted to ask. For NJ, we recommend you roll the taxes and fees into the monthly payment, even though you pay interest.

If, for some reason, the car is stolen or totaled during the lease term, that up front money is lost.
