    When the adjusted cap cost is $6K over MSRP, the lease payment is never going to be good.

    Have you shopped around? Is this the best offer you've been given?

    At that payment, you may be better off just buying the car.

    I've checked around and no one is even at MSRP. They are all above. Also the inventory is very low.
    Not sure what to do.

    Please advise, if this deal is worth it.
