The current programs expire today, but it's unlikely that we'll see any new numbers over the weekend, so Monday seems a safe bet.

Supposedly, new programs start tomorrow for Subaru. If they have Forester programs, we'll likely have them by Monday. But, we don't know until we see them.

The MF markup is the maximum allowed by the bank. You can try to negotiate it lower, but may not get far.

I would try to waive the aftermarket fees and skip the maintenance agreement - both are profit centers for the dealer. I spent about $250 on maintenance when I leased my Jetta.

Your best bet is to shop multiple dealers to see where you can get the best offer.

@OscarBird Call Subaru directly and let them know you are about to lease your 3rd Subaru and are looking for a little help. Ask them if they can provide you with a "Loyalty Coupon". They can offer you with a " Goodwill Loyalty Purchase Assistance coupon". I called in 2019 when I was going to lease my 4th Subaru and they gave me a $750 coupon. Called again as I'm leasing another one this month and even though it's supposed to be 1 time thing, they still sent me a $500 coupon..

If you do not have Subaru VIP, join the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society as a "Champion" contributor for $500 (the 6 month waiting period is waived if you contribute $500). VIP pricing took $2,7000 off MSRP. Just confirm with your dealership that they will accept VIP pricing. Originally, the deal told me it was for orders only, however, I pushed the subject and he got his manager to accept VIP as long as I put down a deposit on the vehicle that evening.
