    Why the change to .00274?

    Where else can I shave money? Ultimately I wanted to put down around $3k and have my payments in the $350ish range. Is what I’m showing a good deal? Thanks in advance!

    I had a dealer quote me the following on a 2022 CX-5 Premium in zip 33401:
    MSRP: $33,500
    Loyalty Rebate: $500
    Adjusted Sales Price: $33,000
    Taxable Fees (not broken down): $1152
    Doc Fees: $999
    Tax (I think on the taxable fees): $115
    Out the door price: $35,266

    On a 36/10 lease, they were asking $1000 down and $504 per month. They confirmed RV was 61% and MF was 0.00131. I keep plugging this into different lease calculators and getting lower numbers. Does this math check out?

    I'll ask them for it. On the edmund's calculator, I'm getting $486 monthly with a $1000 down payment.

    It's possible that not all of the $1000 is going to cap reduction, on the dealers software.
