I received the breakdown shown below of vehicle cost and additional fees for a 2023 Odyssey EX-L that I plan on leasing for 36 months, likely with 12k miles per year although I might go with 15k instead. I live in San Diego, CA.

I have three questions for you which I've listed below.

1. The market value selling price of $41,950 comes from a $1,345 destination and handling charge added to the $40,560 base price. Is it standard for a 2023 Odyssey to have a $1,345 destination and handling charge. The dealership already has the exact Odyssey I'm looking for in their inventory in case that matters.

2. Should I expect vehicle cost to be MSRP or above for a 2023 Odyssey EX-L? TrueCar.com indicates that most Odyssey sales are at MSRP or above but I don't know how reliable TrueCar is these days.

3. Do any of these fees seem unnecessary or inflated?

2. Use the Price Checker link, below, to get Edmunds take on regional pricing
3. Nothing looks out of the ordinary
