You are missing our point. If you didn't have the $7500 upfront (ie, $0 down), your effective payment would be $750/month.

Shop other dealers and try to get a true apples to apples comparisons of the quotes, to see if you can do better.

Just a word of caution, your down payment on a lease will most likely be forfeited if your vehicle is totaled or stolen. Had this happened to my brand new Infiniti during Sandy. Lost $3k. On the other hand, you don’t pay interest on the money you put down so you’re effectively saving around $20 on every hundred you put down

I got 5% on the Tech package trim and the dealer mentioned he could do even better on an A spec so I think 4% on the Base and 6% on the A is realistic.

I got 5% on the Tech package trim and the dealer mentioned he could do even better on an A spec so I think 4% on the Base and 6% on the A is realistic.

This would not include loyalty and it is my 1st Acura so I didn’t qualify for that.

Not "most likely" - "will be forfeited". This is why we don't recommend large cash down payments (or using equity from a trade in).
