Good afternoon. Can I please get the MF and RV for a 2023 X5 sDrive 40i for 85012 (Phoenix, AZ)? Are they the same for the xDrive 40i?

I'm open to doing a 36/10k lease and also a 39/10k lease. Are the MFs for those two time periods different? (I ask because the above posts reference a .00125 MF for zip 94526 and .00165 MF for zip 94402.)

Lastly, what lease incentives are there? (Not sure if it varies by zip code.)

Hello. I am looking at ordering the 2024 BMW X5 40i and leasing 36/10 or 39/10. the MF being quoted now is .00205 for 36 and .00145 for 39. I can lock into this but get it reduced if it falls by the time the vehicle comes in. RV is 52% for 36/10. I don't know if BMW has posted a 2024 lease MF but does what they have quoted seem marked up? zip is 33606

We don't have the numbers for the 2024 models.

But, every 2023 model is .00125 for 39 months (loyalty qualification required) or .00165 for 36 months.

I'll guess they've marked up the rate.

Also, you'd be foolish not to take the 39 month deal.

The deal for 45e is 4.4% discount for an MSRP of a little less than $80K. Is that a good deal? Not sure if I can negotiate a better deal for cars that are above $80K, because they don't qualify for federal tax credit, but possibly that discount will never reach or exceed $7500.

You had mentioned in an earlier post “ every 2023 model is .00125 for 39 months (loyalty qualification required) or .00165 for 36 months.”. If I currently own two BMW’s I would qualify, correct? Do you still receive loyalty cash of $1,500? Does the 39 months change the residual? This is for a M50i. Thank you again.

Yes, if you have a BMW registered to your home address, you would qualify for the loyalty MF. The residual is the same for either 36 or 39 months, only the MF is different.
