65% is for 36/10 or 39/10.

Confirm the mileage allowance; the dealer is not allowed to alter the RV.

I'd ask for a breakdown, showing the Adjusted CAP Cost, and where your $3000 upfront is going. Is it actually $3000 upfront? Or, is it $3000 + 1st payment, etc..?

Nice of them to give you 2% off, though.

It's an okay deal. We've seen a lot worse.

I figured it out and it looks like I'm being double charged the acquisition fee of $1095. It's in the lease and also part of the $1994 on the Title and License Fees line. They're also using .00350 as the money factor instead of .00330.

Question on a Macan S in zip code 12572 for delivery on Dec 1:

MSRP on a custom build is $80,080. No discount. I ordered in July (when interest rates were lower) and was thinking of switching over to a lease now because interest rates are so much higher . In my back-of-the envelope theory, the difference in money burned leasing v owning over three years isn't that much now (~$48k v ~$43k). That's IF the MF is .00320 and RV is 65%. (If I were to buy, I would plan to sell in 3 years at ~65% of MSRP).

But the quote I got from the dealer on 36/10 lease is $1,180/mo with $10k down. I am trying to back into the money factor they're using to get that monthly because my calculation has me at $1,073/mo. So to me it looks like a MF of .00397 (or ~9.53 APR)? Yikes (if I'm right).

Dealer fees are pretty minimal: $175 doc and $247.50 for the government.

Leasing was going to be a bad deal but maybe a decent option under the circumstances, but this feels...very bad? Or am I missing something? (tax rate where I am is 8.125%)

Porsche dealers are famous for huge markups on the MF; not surprised they are doing this.

I confirm .00320 and 65% for 36/10.

Is there any discount (or markup) on MSRP?
