I've always been frustrated by a lack of info in these forums on actual deals offered/closed. So here's our recent transaction/quotes:

2020 Macan S
NJ Dealer

Lease deal:
$1,315.30/month for 15k/39

$1,815.30 down (1st month payment + $500 estimated DMV)
MSRP: $83,320
Cap Cost: $82,290 (selling price $80,500 + Bank Fee $1095 + Doc Fee $695)
Residual Value: 62%
Money Factor: 0.00340

This being said, we ended up financing it as the monthly ended up being within $50 of the lease deal. (paid tax and fees up front)

More and more people are finding that financing is the same as, or cheaper, than leasing.

Is this a typo? I applaud you passing along the details of your deal, but not sure how a 2020 quote relates. Was it for a 2023?
