With the prices you've given me, I get $467/mo, plus tax. In PA, the lease tax rate is 3% higher than your standard sales tax rate, so I think either 10% or 11%. Assuming 11%, the post-tax payment is $518, so pretty close to the dealer quote of $525.

I'll guess that the $2K up front doesn't cover all the initial costs, and some of them are added back to the selling price, thus explaining the small delta.
