    Hello. You previously mentioned that the May figures for the EV6 Wind RWD with 12k miles for 36 months in zip code 85255 were .00340 and 57% with $7500 lease cash.

    My dealer is saying that the current money factor went down to 50% for 12k miles rather than he 57% you mentioned. Can that be right?

    50% is the 12K residual for 48 months, not 36.

    Could be a simple miscommunication.

    How does the lease cash work? They apply it to Cap Cost? Same for $7,500 EV credits like for Tesla 3 Performance?

    Lease cash is applied like a cap cost reduction (down payment) on the contract.

    No info on how Tesla applies any incentives...

    Wow! That's a terrible lease. I think financing is 2.75% on the EV6. Better off financing that.
