Hello there,
Could you please share the latest MF and residual for 2024 x5 40i for 94588? Not sure what details to provide. I placed an order at the dealership MSRP $74,045 for 36mo/7500 lease
First time venturing into German cars and never leased before.
841 credit score. Rough estimate they provided me was $7,405 down and $1,246/month, which I would not agree to off the bat. Delivery is expected June time frame, so I trust we will negotiate lease details at that time.

Negotiate the price and lease terms now; you'll lose the leverage once the car arrives. And, get it in writing.

Can I please get the MF and RV for 10k and 12k/36mo for 2024 X5 xdrive40i in 11725?
Is there also lease credits and loyalty on '24 model? The prices seem to be up by almost $8k on exact same build X5 compared to 21 model I got.

Thanks so much once again. I was wrong, I thought '24 would have better RV, but it's same as '23.
So basically 23 and 24 has exact same RV/MF with exception of lease bonus and lower loyalty. Ugh, that will make it hard to swallow especially with inflated MSRP on '24. Some might not even prefer the new interior, honestly.

However, the "36/months / 0.00165" has an asterisk saying "This offer is based on incentives, rates and other conditions that may expire at any time without notice. All offers are subject to vehicle availability, lender's credit approval and lender's other requirements." Sounds so vague to me. How much can they increase the MF and is it common to increase it last minute? They already ran my credit and I special ordered the car at the dealership and paid $1K up front. Delivery estimated in June. The stage of my order right now is "Scheduled for production" on the site.

The current programs expire on Monday; the May numbers could be different.

With BMW, you have the choice to use the programs in place when the car was ordered, or the programs in place when the car arrives at the dealership - whichever is more favorable to you.

I spoke to a dealer today and he gave me 0.00195 MF. I forgot to ask for the residual value. MSRP is $86,295. He gave me a discount of $2588 (new MSRP is $83707). Their allocation for June is filled up. I am in-line for July allocation should I choose to pull the trigger. Visiting another dealer tomorrow.
