Hi guys would love some input. 2021 BMW X3 M40i due up 3-year lease in March 2024. Thankfully, the residual is about 12k less then actual market value for private party sale. Car is in exceptional condition. Dealers have been hitting me up like crazy.

I am looking at either buying and keeping the car, buying and selling the car, or buying and utilizing the car towards a new lease with the dealer or somehow using it as leverage.

The car I would get if I were to release is a 2024 BMW X3 M40i - 3 year lease (36 months) with 12k per year. Is it too early to start working with the dealer and what truly is my best bet? Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot. What’s the best way to do that? Just negotiate direct with the dealer or would I need to buy the car from BMW FS first and then do a trade in?

No, you shold be able to trade the car in and use the equity as cap reduction on the new lease.

Can you verify which is accurate on bit the full m and the 40i

Hi in 08055, confirming lease rate money factor and incentives on an m40? Was looking at 12/36 but My dealer said the incentive is on a 39 month program, can you confirm that and the details above? Thank you!

APRs for finance aren't the same as the money factors offered.

By converting the money factor to an APR, you are just confusing yourself

The money factor is .00210 for either model.

The APRs vary by model, but are irrelevant to the lease numbers.
