    I see the $500 loyalty, and, to the best of my knowledge, it does stack with the $1500.

    The rebates are from Mazda Capital Services, yes. But, I don't have any insight as to whether that affects the dealer profit margin - there may very well be certain incentives we aren't privy to that affects the vehicle cost.
