    Thank you. Is the residual value a % of the gross cap cost, the adjusted cap cost (Gross cap - Cap Reduction) or the “agreed upon value of the vehicle.

    In the contract, the RV appears after you arrive at adjusted Cap Cost. The difference between adj CC and RV = depreciation

    Of I were to guess, it appears to be based on adjusted CC

    None of those.. the residual percentage is applied to the full MSRP, including options and destination. It won't vary along with the negotiated price or CAP cost.

    The local dealer is marking up the MF to .00281 so I’ll need to find another dealer.

    I want to confirm that the 36/10 lease for March 2024 on a 2024 CX-5 Preferred is indeed: .00231 MF and 63% Residual for zip 95121? Thank you.

    Did the March MF and RV just come out post Sunday?

    On Sunday I got the same MF as February at .00231 with 63% RV.

    Has this indeed changed for March to MF of ..00193 and RV of 64% for 36/10 at zip 95121?
