    From what we can see, some models this month (including this one) have a lower MF for loyalty customers.

    Hello from S Fl. can you please provide RV, MF and all incentives for ‘24 i5 M60 located in 33436? Current BMW owner. I was planning on paying cash but dealer suggests lease to include EV rebate 7500 plus loyalty 1500. He suggested setting up lease then after few payments, to pay off the lease early. I have never leased not sure how this works.

    Dealer is correct - lease, then buy out after a few months. That's the only way you'll get the $7500.

    Pretty common practice with EVs is to lease first, to take advantage of the rebates, and then buy out. BUT I’d be careful with purchasing an EV as they seem to depreciate significantly. You can always buy it out at the lease end if the market value is good. If it’s not, you just walk away. I’ve already seen a two month old CPO m60 for 20K cheaper than the original MSRP.

    I also heard that i5 is one of the models which gets a lower MF by 0.0003 if you have loyalty, can you please confirm?
