Thanks! Is the MF the same as that for a 36 month/10K lease (i.e., .00180)? The dealership is quoting me a MF of .0025 for a 36 month/12 K miles lease.

Only the residual changes for mileage. If you have top tier credit, the dealer is marking up the MF for extra profit.

Seems like the dealer is missing your loyalty, plus marking up the rate.

Hello, I have an offer from this BMW dealership in Fort Worth, TX, and I was wondering what y’all think, and if y’all think I can get a better deal. BMW i5 eDrive40, MSRP $79,260 with total savings of $16,922.25, with sub a total price of $62,337.75 + $1,951.40 in taxes, fees, and add-ons. I have a trade-in car, but I think I can get a better offer for it elsewhere. Residual Value is 52%, but they didn’t give me the MF, so I was also wondering if anyone can provide it to me for 75052 area code. Thank you.

Does anybody know about the Sales Tax Credits for vehicles in Texas happening right now? If so, do they reduce the tax from 6.25% to 1% or is it 0%?? The dealership is saying it’s from 6.25% to 1%, but when I went to test drive the new BMW i5 last week, they had told me it was 0%, but now they’re telling me it’s 1%, so they’re trying to add that 1% on to the deal.

We don't have any specific info, but we've always seen 6.25% to 1%.

TX sales tax credits are at the discretion of the leasing bank and the dealer.
