May I please get the MF and residual, plus any incentives, on the 2024 Touring trim 7 passenger 36/10 lease (or whatever they're offering). Edit: zip is 11229.

I went to a Subaru dealer today and despite quoting a very high residual on a 39/10 lease with $3K in lease cash, the monthly quoted was something horrendous like $780. On a $51K car. Wondering if they're marking up, using some other bank for leasing or if the MF is just that outrageous.

When I run the numbers you gave me through the calculator, using the MSRP ($50,831) as the sales price (which I wouldn't go for, just saying), the $3K in cash incentives and "good credit tier", I get $670/mo with taxes rolled in. They quoted something like $780 for 10/39, which made me wonder who in their right mind would lease that. Any ideas how they arrived at that? Which bank does Subaru typically use to lease/finance?
