That's the only difference - +1% on residual.

I only see a regular "Wind" trim - is that what you are referring to?

The reason there is a Light Long Range is that there is also just a plain ol' Light trim, as well.

I went to a dealer and asked about the $21,500 lease cash on the Wind and they told me that the $21,500 number includes the $9000 WA EV Tax credit. So really Kia is only giving $12,500 in lease cash. Can you confirm this is the correct amount?

So I would get $13,900 lease cash on a 24/10 and $12,500 lease cash on a 36/10 for the WIND AWD in WA state if I do not qualify for the state tax incentive.

That is correct - the amounts given do include the WA credit, in addition to the incentives from Kia.

It may be in the fine print of the ad, but generally it includes the first payment and a cap cost reduction (aka down payment).

You can structure the up front monies any way you want - including $0 - but know that the payment will change based on that amount.
