    No. That's just the price after incentives.

    The residual is calculated against the MSRP from the factory window sticker.

    Negotiate what you can from that price, then the $13,500 is applied as a down payment on the contract.

    Also, it should be noted that the incentive is taxed.

    Does an EV6 Wind RWD or AWD have different lease terms if it has the technology package? In other words, when the moderators lookup the lease terms, do you have different numbers for the Wind RWD or AWD trim with technology package versus without it?

    I found a deal for the EV6 GT.
    I got 2 questions. since I have never leased a vehicle before.
    1. The fees and taxes due at signing is $4,271 (which is only fees and taxes) but on the Break down the Fees are ($1,481.53) and Taxes ($2,036.52) which adds up to $3,518.05. I am confused why they are adding $752.95 additionally. Can I negotiate the $752.95 for the dealer to take off.
    2. Should I wait till Labor Day (9/2) to buy the vehicle in hoping to get a better deal? Maybe the dealer might discount the vehicle more (Selling price). Its already discounted 8.4% from MSRP
    Also if I do wait till September would the RV and MF change for that month or be the same?

    Without the details from the quote, we'd only be guessing. I would assume part of it is the first payment.

    Right now, the programs are scheduled to run through September 3rd.

    If you want to pay less than the quote, make them an offer.

    Without the details from the quote, we'd only be guessing. I would assume part of it is the first payment.

    So the payment is $429 a month. with the first month payment the dealer quoted me $4,700 due at signing. but I am still confused on what that $752.95 is still. Im thinking they are trying to make that $752 for themself.

    Do you think I should wait till the September 2nd to buy the car or just take offer they provided right now and negotiate a little bit. Realistically they would only go for $425 or $420 per month.

    Im thinking if I wait till September 2nd they might throw a worse offer since they know the incentives end on the 3rd and I would be desperate.
