    Without the details from the quote, we'd only be guessing. I would assume part of it is the first payment.

    Right now, the programs are scheduled to run through September 3rd.

    If you want to pay less than the quote, make them an offer.
    So the payment is $429 a month. with the first month payment the dealer quoted me $4,700 due at signing. but I am still confused on what that $752.95 is still. Im thinking they are trying to make that $752 for themself.

    Do you think I should wait till the September 2nd to buy the car or just take offer they provided right now and negotiate a little bit. Realistically they would only go for $425 or $420 per month.

    Im thinking if I wait till September 2nd they might throw a worse offer since they know the incentives end on the 3rd and I would be desperate.

    The only thing you can do is ask them to itemize it.

    I have no idea what you might be able to negotiate. We have info on 200 make/models, and don't follow the pricing market.
