Yeah my SoCal dealer is telling me my numbers are wrong and that the MF is .00099 and the residual is 53%. I assume all BS and typical dealer games. You just have to stick to your numbers and walk out of the dealer. Waste of time and frustrating but often necessary.

Has anyone ordered and received a '25 yet? Wondering about your experience with time to delivery. I ordered one a month ago. It was assigned a VIN and showed "Production Begins" quicky, but none of the subsequent steps have occurred yet. If you can believe their status page the car has not begun assembly yet.

Thanks for your info. I was checking the MyBMW app and website. Seemed to be the same data source. I asked my dealer and they didn't indicate there was anyway for them to know more than I know so I left it at that.

So it sounds like you saw this progress bar tool work and saw it move through the assembly process? I was hoping it might just be bogus and one day it was going to be on step 20 on a boat! LOL

@spicymikey yes, the progress bar works. But it starts moving it's pretty tedious to watch it progress! You have to refresh each day to see if it moved!! It's pretty quick to get through the assembly process, but then once it gets on a truck and goes to the port you might be waiting a couple of weeks before you get on the ship! And then it takes 5-6 weeks to get across the ocean! In my case it took almost 8 weeks to Los Angeles!! But I was refreshing the ship navigation website each day, to no avail, hoping to make it go faster!!

I have a question about the $9,900 lease credit. I am in 78704.

I know its $7500 EV credit and then the $2,400 is that the sales tax credit?

Dealer keeps mentioning they are doing a sales tax credit, but I wasn't sure if that was in addition to the $9,900 or included in the $9,900.

$9900 is the total amount of lease credit from BMW.. $7500 + $2400 more.

Sales tax credits don't have anything to do with the $9900. Sales tax credits in TX save you money on sales taxes.

I just leased a 2025 iX 50 in Los Angeles, and the buy rate is 0.0069 for June 2024. I double checked everywhere I could (brokers, dealers, F&I folks, etc).
