    .00275 MF and 60% RV

    With those prices, I get $821/mo before tax (but, I'm probably guessing on some of them)

    Looks like a solid deal, given the lease program.

    I think I have a pretty good deal in hand but wanted to get some feedback here. Been leasing for a long time but this time I am trying to squeeze the numbers as best possible. The equity value of the current Odyssey I am turning in will come back to me in cash (no Cap cost reduction).

    Also, this quote is definitely including your equity.
    Without the equity, the payment would be about $750/mo

    Yes I am in NJ.

    I guess I am missing where they hid the equity since it doesnt show up as customer cash?

    I assume the 2400 is the current captive lease offer?

    They didn't necessarily hide it.. It's there in the right-hand column.
    Customer cash is the amount of the check you have to write.
    Yes, the $2400 is the captive lease offer.

    That's why you need the money factor and residual. So, you can check the calculations.

    The MF is there its .00275

    I see the offer for the turn in, but my calculations show that if the value is 32,500 and the payoff is 26,904, I interpreted this to mean that I get back the 5596? I just dont see where they are using that to reduce the cost i.e. Cap cost reduction?

    Maybe I have been looking at these offers too much - appreciate the help so I dont get scammed into a monthly payment and put down equity money I wont get back if something happens to the new car.

    I typically don't pay anything on a lease at signing aside from necessary taxes/fees.

    I have a 2022 pilot SE AWD. Lease ends in 2 months. Thinking to return it and get a new pilot ex-l. What should I expect to pay for 36/10 in 94404?

    We'd need some pricing information to help you. MSRP, Selling Price, Adjusted cap cost, amount due at signing (and what it covers).

    Do you mean from the original 2022 lease? I hope I got the details right:

    * I can't find MSRP in the contract, just "value of the vehicle" which is $44,750, and Gross Capitalized Cost of $48,606
    * Adjusted cap cost: $45,810
    * Residual: $26,405 + 0 purchase fee
    * Amount due at signing: $4,500
