The numbers have not changed since you first asked.

I get $1044/mo with those prices.

Confirm with the dealer the adjusted cap cost used in their quote - I used the "Balance" number at the bottom.

Note that this second deal states 51% residual, but they've dropped the mileage allowance to 10K/yr vs. 12K/yr on the first quote. If it's 10K/yr, the residual should be 52%

I’m coming to the end of my lease on a 22 X7 40i. The residual is $45k ish and they are willing to give me $50k trade in, so about $5k applied to new lease. Below is the initial deal sheet. Seems high to me but what are you guys thoughts?

$2076 in aftermarkets? What is that for?

There must be some upfront sales tax on the CAP reduction. That's the only way I can make the upfront money make any sense.

The money factor markup is adding $55-$60 per month to the payment.

I was awaiting the breakdown of the ‘aftermarket’. $699 for tint and $1400 for paint sealant!

.00180 MF and 52% residual is correct for the 40i model.

The column on the right doesn't have all the numbers. No mention of the $925 acquisition fee.

Once you add the fees and the first payment, along with the $925 acquisition fee, that leaves you about $1075 short of covering the upfronts with the $3000.

Add the $1075 to the selling price, and I get $1459, including 7% sales tax.

That's pretty close to their quote. If we had the actual adjusted CAP cost, it's probably right on it.

With $1500 in rebates, that's about a 4% discount from MSRP.
