No, that is an incentive to the dealer, which they can use to lower the negotiated selling price of the car.

For example, if the MSRP is $50K, and the dealer offers you a selling price of $49K, that means they are holding onto $1900 of that incentive.

You want to negotiate the best price, knowing that $2900 of that discount is coming from Acura.

The best way to know is to shop multiple dealers and compare quotes, then negotiate from there.

Also, one other question. If the vehicle has never been titled (ie. dealership loaner car), can they still offer the vehicle with the same new vehicle lease rates and residuals? What about if they have qualified the car for the Acura Precision Certified program?

If it hasn't been titled, it qualifies for the new car programs.

If it's a CPO car, then I think there is a separate lease program available, for which we don't have the details.

I am trying to understand if they can claim that the dealer cash is already factored into their pricing or if they have more removed to negotiate if I lease instead of finance.

The cash is to the dealer. So, they can say whatever they want about it, or nothing at all.

We don't see any incentive on a purchase

The Type S has no incentive
