    I wonder if dealers negotiate Selling Price Before Incentives. Or the selling price is with the insensitive?
    When buying a car there is negotiation to get the car as close to invoice value or at least (TMV). Does it works the same for leasing leased a car.

    I don't know about invoice, but you should absolutely negotiate for a discount, in addition to the incentives.
