'Agreed upon value of vehicle of 54664', which is just msrp minus the incentive totals.

I feel like they're goosing the implied money factor to offset the preferred customer bonus but welcome your thoughts.

Do you have the Adjusted CAP cost?

It seems the $399/month lease special BMW is offering through end of March already has most of the terms since it has the purchase price at end of lease (at least it shows this at Irvine BMW). Is this correct or am I able to negotiate anything? Posting excerpt below:

The residuals are fixed by BMWFS as a percentage of MSRP, which is why they can tell you the purchase option price. Of course, that only applies to units with an identical MSRP.

You definitely have to negotiate the selling price, and make sure they aren't marking up the money factor. The actual quote from a dealer can vary wildly from the ad that you've excerpted.

To build on that, notice the use of the word suggested for the dealer contribution (aka, discount from sticker). That $399 payment only works if the dealer is willing to discount the car by that much, in addition to the available incentives and the amount of money due from you at signing (part of that $5299, which likely includes the first payment and acquisition fee).

Of course, that is all before taxes (9% or so in Orange County?)
