    Appreciate any feedback on this deal.

    2025 Santa Fe SEL FWD - SoCal - 36/12k zero down - $450 including taxes.

    MSRP $38959 with factory accessories and destination charges.

    36 months 12k

    Drive off fees = $2222 (image attached. In addition to what is listed they want $650 acquisition fee, taxes on fees, and first month).

    9.75% sales tax.

    No extra down and no trade in.

    RV from you is 65%, MF00246

    Initially they offered $526 a month with:

    Dealer added BS accessories $2247 (dent guard etc,).

    Discounts/rebates = $5066 (So total cap cost reduction is actually $2819).

    If my math is right, came out to gross cap cost of $39872

    Something is wrong with your math.

    Using the MF/RV we supplied, and the MSRP/Cap cost from you, I get $544/mo with 9.75% tax.

    To get to $450/mo (with tax), the adjusted cap has to be around $34,500.

    Is that possible?

    (FYI, the screen shot you shared has a heading of "Purchase Option", which means not all of those numbers are valid for a lease payment calculation)

    Thanks for the analysis.

    I guess ignoring my photo: I have a deal where I put down $2219 cash at signing and walk out with $410/month plus tax for an SEL FWD at manufacturer MSRP $38959. If you're saying the adjusted cap cost has to be $34,500 to achieve this, sounds like I'm at ~11% under MSRP.

    I'll check my numbers, but what I see is that our net cap cost values are different. The guy basically told me he won't remove those nonsense accessories but increase the the "discount" to $3066. There is additional $2000 rebate listed down at the monthly payment numbers. So that's a selling price of $38,959+(749*3)-3066 = $38,140 and then additional rebate of $2000 makes $36,140. after incentives. I didn't add taxes and fees to the Net Cap Cost because I'm paying those up front ($2219) but please correct me if this is wrong.

    You can't pay taxes upfront in California, as they are assessed on the monthly payment, and collected monthly. The only upfront tax is on CAP reductions.

    Again, the numbers provided are for a purchase. We don't know the lease parameters because they aren't disclosed.
