Looking for MF on Solterra Onyx 12k/36 month. MF / Residuals / Incentives etc for 98270. This is what they offered so far but I feel like the MF and payment are super high for knocking $7400 off MSRP and then the $7500 tax credit. We've never leased a car so all this is a little new to us. Thanks!

The 45% residual is what kills you.
That said, they haven't disclosed the adjusted CAP cost.

They show doc fee and acquisition fee, but what about DMV? What about upfront sales tax on that big rebate?

Also, they've disclosed the money factor and that's marked up the maximum allowed, for extra profit.
The money factor markup alone adds about $28/mo+tax

    First off, thank you for the info;
From how it was explained to me is that "Upfront Charges" is the license fee (DMV) and the tax on the rebate is rolled in. They wanted first payment and license which was the 1178.78. So what it looks like is they're too high on the MF and there's still probably some room to come down?

They can definitely cut the MF to the base rate I gave you. - listed $550 of items that must be in the CAP cost, since they aren't part of the upfront amounts. We're getting closer to their number. Feels like you might be able to get it down by another $25-$30 per month

Well, they were unable to move on any of the numbers and basically let us walk. Not even an attempt to stop us. They have around 18 of them sitting there but only only one Touring and one Onyx. It wasn't meant to be.

Looks like a typo on the money factor from them.
Which matches up with the $433/mo payment.

$5500 discount (of which Subaru supplies the dealer $3200)
That doc fee seems pretty high. Guessing you are leasing out of state?

All in cost of a little over $500/mo. I don't know the market, but doesn't seem amazing for a $48K vehicle with big incentives.

Yes I am in NY and dealer is in CT
yea I didnt want the high end model, it is the only one available within 50 miles of me - zero inventory...
I will probably just keep my 2018 Crosstrek instead, unless any suggestions on what part of the offer I could get them down on. thanks so much!

The only way to lower it is to get a lower selling price. Given the Subaru to dealer cash, your effective discount is just $2300 (minus the $799 fee), so only really $1500 off. If there is a place to save, that's where it is.

He came back with increasing trade in for my cross trek to $13,500 (2018, 57k miles) from 13k and discounted car an additional $800 to make up for the doc fee. I’d apply the trade in to the $3800 down and get a check for the rest. Monthly is $407-417. Still not sure

    Well, $1300 less is better.

Do you really want that car is the main point? Sometimes, all of the EV incentives make you feel like you have to do something.

I also have a low-mile 2018 model car, and I'd have a hard time letting go of it, because I really like it.
