    Thanks Michaell! When I was at the dealership, the sales person said that there is conquest/loyalty offer also. Does that stack? How much is that?
    He said that we would be getting 21K off of the MSRP, When I asked the breakdown, he did not provide the actual numbers, but mentioned the various headings and one of those was conquest/loyalty.

    Thanks! There is also MOR-EV rebate in MA for $3500. Does that apply to prologue or Is it not applicable because of the MSRP of Elite/Touring and will be applicable for EX?

    I see that rebate. The info says MSRP of $55K or less. I don't know what the MSRPs are for those trims, though

    For both Touring and Elite the MSRP is over $55K, so I guess this will not be applicable.

    Also are these incentives

    taxable or non taxable in MA?

    I am also looking for the various fees in MA -
    Acquisition fee is $595 and Disposition Fee seems to be $400

    Looking to capitalize on all the current EV specials being pushed before the September 30th deadline.

    May I request the MF and residual for an Elite in 33912 for both 24 months at 10k/12k and 36 months at 10k/12k, just in case the 24-month leases are significantly discounted compared to 36 mos.

    Also any federal credits, lease cash, loyalty (we're current Honda owners), etc.

    And on a related note, are you seeing crazy lease specials with other EVs such as the Ioniq 5 or 6, the Mustang Mach-e, etc.?

    I'm assuming yes, because the Honda website shows a pretty low lease cost. (I haven't plugged these into the lease spreadsheet yet.)

    The dealer cash is applied to the selling price; the rest are used as a cap reduction (down payment) and are considered taxable.
