    My friend picked up a 2025 EX yesterday. Straight deal no BS. Thanks for the information.

    BTW the dealer also said there was an additional $42xx off MSRP incentive directly from Honda shown as a discount. I specifically asked if this was a dealer discount and they said no, it was a direct discount from Honda that was not a rebate. Not sure how that works but we were weren't going to turn it down.

    That's what the "dealer cash" incentive is all about - the ability for the dealer to discount the car on Honda's dime. So, the dealer discount was $7xx, the rest from Honda.

    Ah! Ok! Honda is also offering a $3500 additional loyalty/conquest incentive on the Prologue lease if you currently own a Honda or any make vehicle newer than 2010. So that stacked up very nicely. Total of $20700 in stacked incentives and discounts.
