36 months
12K miles a year
$3,000 down
8.8% sales tax.
I have Tier 1 credit(excellent credit)
someone please help me out.
Thanks

You need::
Publicly Available Items
MSRP
Invoice Price
Current Manufacturer Residual
Current Manufacturer Lease Factor
Items particular to your deal
Selling price (in these car buying times you should be around invoice on most cars)
Lease factor dealer is quoting you (dealers can mark this up)
Dealer doc fees
Local sales tax, and whether you pay up front or every month.
Out of pocket money up front.
You also need to remember that navigation has little residual value at the end of a lease, so you wind up paying for most of the navigation during the lease term.

Magnussen's Lexus Of Fremont
I dealt with one of their Internet Sales Consultants and I have to say that the process was very straightforward. No haggling and everything was exactly as promised when I went to pick-up the vehicle. Best of luck everyone!
Great experience; negotiated price online with them in the morning, picked up the car in the evening. Entire deal took 1 hour.
(After working with 5 other local dealers, Lexus of Riverside (So Cal) was the only one that honored the true nationally advertised lease AND leased it with nav and XM for $31/month more.)
Believe this might be one of the best deals I've seen on the forum. Am thrilled!
Can you please email me the name of the salesman you worked with? It looks to me that you got the best deal on the forum. My email is dkaufman72@gmail.com
Thanks
I just got my deal today

This is a great site and saved me thousands.
They started at $519.00 plus tax plus $3000.00 cash down. BAM!! iT WAS THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH AND WE CLOSED THE DEALERSHIP, I DID LEAVE AND THEY CALLED ME AT HOME 2 TIMES.
Congratulations on your outstanding deal!
May I ask you what was the MSRP of your call with options included?
What is the final selling price of the vehicle? (how much below invoice?)
In the Lexus website, I don't see something called the premium plus package...
Is that the same as the luxury package?
What's the tax rate on your state, and what money rate were you able to get?
How hard was is to get this price at the dealer?
Did you negotiate a lease or a cash sale first?
Please help us with your methodology into getting this deal. Thanks!
I am also interested in the details of this deal, since I live in LA area.
Would you please email me the details you sent to comohombre to moonsscATgmail.com?
Can you also include dealership info and contact?
Thanks!!
If anyone can share their deals here (negotiated price, MF, lease length, payments, etc) that would be great, thx.
You got $430/month including tax with $0 down?? and nav included? seriously...that's the best deal I've seen so far.
thank you
"m.s.r.p.with the nav package was $38,600.00 with all the bells and whistles, a/c seats, spoiler, backup camera, automatic, roof, mats, lights, wood inside.I leased it with no money down $430.00 a month including tax (6%) 36 MONTHS 12000 MILES"

At $2500 down at signing you are paying some cap cost reduction. Any leasing expert will tell you do not do a cap cost reduction. You risk losing some or all of your cap reduction as soon as your drive off the lot if your car is totaled or stolen. Insurance companies only pay for the market value of a lost or stolen car, and the depreciation starts as soon as the tires hit the road with you behind the wheel.
If you are worried about higher payments take the money that you would have put down to cut the payment in a higher interest savings account like INGDirect. If and when you need to make a lower car payment take some of the money out of savings to help with the payment.

I purchased the vehicle for $33,980 and had the dealer add the F-Sport intake system before delivery and add it to the payment, an additional $395.00 charge for the intake.
i put $1000 down and my payment is $471.00 including sales tax for 36 months with 12k miles per year.
Residual was 56% and money factor of .00105
08 is 250 awd, with premium package, msrp 37294, selling price 33313.60, just my fees at signing, 15k a year 36 months, residual value 19424, monthly is $449.
does the car have nav? and was this in so. cal?
449. per mo. incl. tax?
Has anyone seen lower? I have until noon tomorrow (Friday 8/1) to sign the paperwork! I'd like to know for sure I did well before I run back in and sign. I'm pretty sure this is an awesome deal, but I don't want to get too high on myself until I have some feedback from the real experts (you guys).
Thanks!

Model: 250 IS AWD
MSRP: 35,238
Cap: 31,710
Residual: 19,028
MF: .0050/1.44 <-- this is what he said, think you multiple .00144 by 2400 right?
Sales Tax: 10% (IL, Chicago Area)
$470 for 36 Months x 12k Miles. Basically is base AWD model, with all winter floor mats, and wheel locks, trunk net and carpet, that is it.
$285 cash back at signing, Just first month and fees due at signing.
I also got the same deal on the same model at a different dealership, but + rear spoiler. So MSRP on that one would be $35,924. That was the one I was actually going to go for but I didn't get the Cap Cost, Money Factor from that dealership, I assumed since they were going to match the deal plus throw in a spoiler it was better.
Whole reason I didn't sign was because the guy above who said he got 36 x 15k miles on a model with vented seats, 7% sales tax for $449. I plan to go back around August 15th (start my new job on August 11th) and try to negotiate another deal, hoping with the crap economy that maybe I will be able to get a similar deal. The best time to get a deal on a car is near the end of the month however.
Does anyone have the residuals for August yet?
