$480+ /mo. on a prepaid 24 month lease seems a little on the high side.
Would have know your tax rate to know for sure, but doesn't seem a like a great deal for a car that has had dirt cheap leases for a few years..
Could you please let me know the March 2014 residual and MF numbers for a G37 + Premium, 36mo, 39mo lease with 10k & 12k miles/yr, in North Carolina. Thank you very much!

May I have the residual and MF for G37 + Premium + Navigation, 10k miles/yr, 24 and 39 months, in California?
Also, I am searching for 39 month lease and am offered a 24 months with $3k down, $250/month. At first I didn't think it was a good deal and I didn't want to have to shop again in 2 years (I've always owned cars for 5+ years). But after a little research, I realized this 24 months deal could be a real steal. Any comments?

.00060 MF and 71% for 24mo, 10K/yr
.00089 MF and 62% for 39mo, 10K/yr
As far as the 24 month lease, divide the $3000 by 24 mo. and you get an approx payment of $375/mo. with nothing down. I'll guess that is not the same as ZERO due at signing. You'll want to know that amount, and take into account that any amount outside of the 1st payment, only gets amortized over 24 months, rather than 39 (dealer fees, acquisition fees, etc). A 24 month can be a very good deal, especially if the car comes with big upfront incentives, as those are amortized over fewer months..

Thank you for the info. I now have two different offers from different dealers, and I can't figure out which is a better deal
Both on G37 Premium + Navigation, all numbers are before TTL
24 mon, 10k/mon, $3000 down, $250/mon
39 mon, 10k/mon, $3000 down, $260/mon
I'd go with the 39 month lease, but remember... you don't have to put $3K down.. you can get the same deal by amortizing the $3000 over the life of the lease.. Without the $3000 down, the 39 month lease would be about $340/mo, + TTL.. that's cheap
Hi- I am close to leasing a G37x with prem and nav. I have run the numbers and I think this is a good deal. Lease rate includes TTL (DC), zero down and 12k per year.

Seems like a good deal. As long as the Due at signing is under $1000, including the 1st payment.... looks cheap.

On the 39mo, 12K/yr lease, the payment is right on the money.
It seems the $2361 would be the 1st payment, plus acquisition fee.. .plus what? Sales tax?
If so, it looks like a solid deal. If you have the available cash, I'd roll the taxes into the payment, then make 8 multiple security deposits.. That will add $1200 (about) to your CAP cost, and increase your due at signing by $2400 ($3600 for 8 SDs minus $1200 tax rolled into your CAP).
Adding $1200 to your CAP cost, but lowering your money factor to .00001 (in exchange for the MSDs), will lower your monthly payment to $370/mo. So, you'll pay $2400 more at signing, save $702 in monthly payments ($18 X 39), and get $3600 in SDs back at the end of the lease. That's a net savings of $1902 over the lease term..

All numbers are for 10K:
39 months - mf .00081, residual of 59%
24 months - mf .00050, residual of 68%
36 months - mf . 00075, residual of 60%
You might check the "Prices Paid" discussion to see if there are any specific dealers you could work with.
Just leased a G37X with Premium. I had MSRP of 37,555. The Net/Gross Cap is 36,423. (this includes all the taxes, registration, acquisition fee and dealer doc fee) Residual is 23,284(62%).
I had the finance charge of 861 over the 39 month lease. I came out to a .00037 MF, can we confirm? This is 10k, 39 months. I paid first month payment of 359. everything rolled into the monthly. Only first month payment of 359 and 38 more payments of 359. Looks good?
The numbers are right on the money. The only thing I would have done differently is make 3 MSDs to lower the money factor to .00007. That would have been $17/mo, less.
$359/mo. is a cheap lease. They must have really cut the MSRP of the G37, when the Q50 came out.. Our similarly equipped 2011 had an MSRP of $42K.

I am looking at the following car - can someone tell me if this is a reasonable deal and if not, what would be more reasonable? Thanks!
G37X with Premium and Nav 10k/yr for 39mo (Philadelphia)
MSRP: $40,470
Cap Cost: $37,677
MF: .00037
Leasing Options:
(1) $403/month (with tax) + $403 due at signing or
(2) $377/month (with tax) +$1325 due at signing
I just leased a G37x Premium with Nav. MSRP was 40470 also. I negotiated selling price down to 35500. Then I paid 4 MSDs to bring the money factor down to 0.00001. My monthly payment for 39mo 10k/yr with Tax and acquisition fee rolled in is $350. Only thing I paid upfront is $1600 for 4MSDs + first months payment + documentation fee + License/plate fee. $1600 for MSD is fully refundable on lease end. This was in Chicago.
In your case I would definitely put down MSDs to reduce payment even further and negotiate selling price down. Look up Edmunds, CarsDirect and Truecar etc for selling prices for negotiating.

Thanks @kilo2013! I have tried to use the TrueCar price to get the selling price down, but every dealer tells me that the TrueCar price only applies to purchases, not leases. Is that true? The TrueCar price I am seeing for the exact car I am considering is $36,283, but the lowest selling price I have gotten is $37,677 (MSRP is $40,470).
Is this a good lease deal for the 2013 G37x (AWD) with premium package? $379.71/month, $0 down, sign/drive. 39 months, 12,000 miles/yr. It was the first offer that one dealer gave me. My calculations work out exactly as yours do. The dealer isn't marking up the money factor (which they are allowed to do) or the acquisition fee and they are selling you the car at invoice.

@bella82 I leased a G37x in March with an MSRP of $37,855 (no Nav) and got the dealer down to $32,200 for the sales price. I put 6 MSD's down, 39 months, 12k/miles a year. I paid all taxes, doc fees, 1st month payment up front. My monthly is $265/month. I also own another Infiniti in my household, so I was able to save an additional $1,000 of owner loyalty cash which i applied towards the upfront taxes and fees.
I leased a G37x this month with an MSRP of $39,960 (premium + nav). $339/month, $0 down, 39 months. Selling price was $36,143 and I put 2 MSDs down to get the payment where I wanted it. Payment with tax is $357/mo. My target was $350/mo with nothing down. Got pretty close.

Current numbers are .00017 MF and 68% residual.
The price on the other deal seems a little high, given the parameters... Even if I roll an acq.fee into the CAP cost, I only get $317/mo, plus tax.. (so, maybe $15-$20 off)
First time post here, got a quote for g37 with premium pack for 10000miles 24months. Selling price 33000, residual is 25670. Total payment for interest is 230. Monthly payment is 239 (included 8.75% tax). Does this sounds like a good deal? Thanks.

I am looking at the following car - can someone tell me if this is a reasonable deal and if not, what would be more reasonable? Thanks!
G37X with Premium and Nav 10k/yr for 39mo (Philadelphia)

Cap Cost: $37,677
MF: .00037
Leasing Options:

My calculations work out exactly as yours do. The dealer isn't marking up the money factor (which they are allowed to do) or the acquisition fee and they are selling you the car at invoice.
Not sure that you can do any better.

They cut the MSRP by $4,800 last August. Luckily I had leased my car instead of buying it end of June or I would have been pissed at the price cut.

That is an awesome deal! Congrats!

That is an excellent deal.. Congrats!

Looking for April MF and residual for 36mo, 10K and 12K if New York. Not sure if they are the same as the previously posted numbers for Chicago. Thanks.
Infiniti does not have regional numbers - any information provided by us in April will be consistent in all parts of the US

A few months ago I got an online quote from a dealer in CA for 24 mo/ 15k yr G37 with Premium package for $364 month with $1060 Down. I wanted to know if the numbers made sense:
MSRP: $36,155
Selling Price: $31,750
Term 24
Money Factor .00030
Residual .70
Also, could I please get the residual and MF for a G37 with premium for 24MO/15K year in CA?
Thanks!
Current numbers are .00017 MF and 68% residual.
The price on the other deal seems a little high, given the parameters... Even if I roll an acq.fee into the CAP cost, I only get $317/mo, plus tax.. (so, maybe $15-$20 off)
