I see 2016 Buick Encore 1SB leasing special here in columbus, Ohio as $185 , Due at lease as 1685. It also have NON-GM leassees allowance $1500. I haven't leased any car till now.

I don't have any intension to keep this car after 2 yrs for now, but never know. Please let me know how can I get best monthly installment/ EMI. Can I negotiate and reduce the monthly price or reduce Due at lease amount?

There is only $185 due at signing. How much less do you want it to be?

If you are in Ohio, you'll also have $250 doc fee, $100 title/registration fees (more or less), and 7% tax.

That's assuming you find a dealer with a base model Encore in stock, that's willing to sell it to you at that price.

There is only $185 due at signing. How much less do you want it to be?

I just checked in Buick website. It is showing as $185. Do you know what will be the tax on this.

What does it means by "Currently there are no Lease Specials offers available for the 2015 ENCORE . However, there are 4 other offers available.'

Is it advice to go for this car when their is no lease specials?

The rest of the cash due is the $1500 allowance.

The "other offers" are probably for purchase (low interest rates, etc.)

What state do you live in? Do you know the tax rate?

In Ohio, you'll have a $250 dealer fee, about $100 title/registration and about $500 tax.

Money factor is 0.96% and residual is $16,743. 10k/39 month.

The MF is expressed as a decimal value. To convert to a percentage, multiply it by 2400

Therefore, .00040 = .96%

Might this be a quote for a 36 month lease?

Cap cost reduction is a down payment. On line calculators may have assumptions we know nothing about.

Currently I don't owe or leased GM cars. I am driving my own car which is Toyota and financed.

One dealer gave me lease cash $3600 . Removed $1500 from the total cash after I told that I am not on lease with Toyota. Is this correct?

39/12 residual is 55%, but the base MF is .00040, so the dealer is marking that up on you.

What is the net cap cost, after taking into account the rebate?

What is the breakdown of the $3000 due at signing.

Not a terribly great deal, any way you look at it.

I feel still there is a scope for some negotiation. dealer just matched with other quote. I would have asked to reduce $5 more dollars on my monthly.

I have a question:

When do we need to pay Disposition fee? They did not specially tell about this fee. I see this on my signed document,

I want to be sure that in your calculation the $2,100 lease cash wasn't subtracted twice...once you, once me.

Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K.

Doubt that you can combine both loyalty and conquest incentives in the same transaction.

On a 24 month lease, I think the adds for GM Financial are 1% for 12K/yr and 2% for 10K/yr. Just found that out, this week.

If you are anywhere near Phoenix AZ and want to lease a Buick Encore, do yourself a favor and go to Liberty Buick in Peoria, AZ. How's this sound? Base model well equipped Encore, $160+ tax/month, no money down, 24 months, 20,000 total miles. Just pay 1st month's payment PLUS optional equipment, dealer fees, title and license at signing.
