    Can you help me analyze this deal

    2016 Q70 AWD V6, Sport , tech premium touring. (fully loaded)

    $ 61,555 MSRP
    $ 56,046 negotiated price including any applicable discount
    18K miles per year
    Rim and Tire Insurance
    Lip Spoiler on trunk lid
    39 Month Lease

    I was told I was getting residual value of 51% (I said I though it should be 52% and they said NO)

    Monthly payment with all of the above and sales tax is $ 780.00

    I don't have money factor, can you let me know what it is and let me know how I did and if there is anything else to ask for?

    I was told there is not loyalty cash or cash discount since these are 2016 cars?

    We show .00019 MF and 51% residual for 39 mo, 15K/yr.
    Not sure how 18K/yr is going to affect that residual (it will be lower, but not sure by how much).

    If the negotiated price is the CAP cost, and assuming the residual is reduced by $0.20/mi., I get about $696/mo.+tax..

    How much is the "due at signing" on this deal?

    We show .00019 MF and 51% residual for 39 mo, 15K/yr.
    Not sure how 18K/yr is going to affect that residual (it will be lower, but not sure by how much).

    Using the Edmunds calculator I set up a spreadsheet and plugged in the numbers. I added the taxes and sent to my sales person as a offer to buy.

    Is he correct? I don't think the bank fee is a legit fee is it? He claims it is 900 dollars?

    Bank fee is legit. Not sure if the dealer can mark it up, however.

    Those numbers are correct for the V6 version.
