We don't have any CPO lease information.

However, if this vehicle is untitled, then it qualifies for new car lease rates - .00135 and 58% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K

VA assesses the 4.1% tax against the entire selling price, which makes for a higher lease payment.

Don't do that .. gives the dealer an opportunity to adjust the numbers to their advantage.

Negotiate the selling price, and make sure the MF isn't marked up on you.

Can someone provide the May 2016 MF and residuals for 3.5 xdrive and a 5.0

15k miles, 36 month and 39 month

Any thoughts on taking less miles and paying for them at the end. I am currently in a BMW lease with 15k miles and will be right on schedule (not over and not leaving much on the table when its done). I could do the math but if anyone already has, I'd appreciate their thoughts on the cost differential.

Dropping to 12K miles per year takes the residual to 59%; 2% of, say, $70K is $1400. Don't know the per mile charge if you go over, but assume .20-.25 per. You'd have to drive 5600 extra miles at .25 per to equal the $1400 you save up front.

Thanks. My understanding is that it is $.20/mile but if you buy them before the lease expires, then its $.16/mile

Thanks. My understanding is that it is $.20/mile but if you buy them before the lease expires, then its $.16/mile

I think that's gone up considerably, within the last few months. might be $0.25/$0.23/mile now.

Hello moderator, just yesterday, I signed up for a conditional purchase agreement to for a 2016 X6 x35i. Do you have the May 2016 MF and residual numbers for the 2016 X6 x35i? I'm looking at 36 months/15K miles. And do you know if there's a new incentive programs available for May 2016? May be it is too early to ask for the June 2016 numbers, but do you have any information or insights on June 2016 numbers? Thanks.

The numbers won't change for June. There may be loyalty promotions, if you currently lease with BMWFS.

Hi there! I'm looking at a 2016 X6M- this one has been an Exec car / demo so has some miles but has never been titled. Sounds like .00138 for MF and 61% residual for 36/10 is about right? What about discount from MSRP? 6-7% was mentioned previously... I assume given this has been in use although untitled the discount should be higher?

.00138 MF and 60% residual.
There will be a residual reduction to account for the current mileage. Around $0.25/mile for lower priced models. The X6M might get a bigger reduction per mile.

You should definitely get a bigger discount than on a brand-new one. At least enough extra to cover the mileage/residual reduction, plus more.

Hi all, just pulled the trigger on the lease for an X6M. Fun car!

Question - I noticed that the extra mileage charge is now $0.30 per mile over (my lease is 36/10K), which the dealer is telling me is standard now for BMW. My other leases were $0.25 per mile over. Just verifying this extra mileage charge did indeed go up nationwide?

Yes.. mileage charges have gone up. Also, higher MSRP vehicles may have higher per/mile penalties.

Ask the dealer what number they are using. If it's different from the negotiated selling price, find out what they've added.

Can't ever hurt to ask. We don't track selling prices, but anything more than 7% off sticker is a pretty good deal.

36/12 - .00137 and 59% (2016) or 56% (2017). Add 1% for 10K

What state is this? This looks like a purchase quote, as I don't see any mention of the acquisition fee of $925. Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer.
