I got one more offer from another dealer for Altima 2.5 SV for 36/15K with no down payment for $280 is this a good deal?

All MSRPs and sale prices should include destination. If the dealer wasn't including it, it was just a way to make his price seem lower. You can't calculate a lease without the destination in the MSRP, anyway.

It's ZERO down payment and $322 includes tax. This is for 36 months.

It's ZERO down payment and $322 includes tax. This is for 36 months.

If I add in $1000 for acquisition fee, DMV, etc.. and an adjusted CAP cost of $24200, I get $259/mo.+tax, or about $284/mo. with 9.8% sales tax.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost and the full amount due at signing.
Then, ask how they arrived at the CAP cost, using the sale price as a starting point.
