Hi new to the idea of leasing and need some help please. Looking at 2016 Summit 4x4 $45530. Can you please tell me what the MF and RV would be for 12/36 or 15/36 also 12/24 or 15/24.
Also what should I be aware of or watch out for since this is the first time leasing.

Thank you. So I heard back from the dealer. The lease rebate is $3000 and dealer discount is $5500. Selling car for $49030 (MSRP 54530)-$3000 rebates=$46030
MF .00136 36/12 RV 51% $27810.30 payment 693.66 w $930 drive off.
Since this is new to me, I see the MF is lower than what you posted and I'm assuming that is good, however the % is different and I don't know if over all this is a good deal or I need to go back to the drawing board. TIA

With those rebates, it may be possible that this is a 3rd party lease. Our numbers come from Chrysler Capital.

Check with your dealer which bank they are using.

Using the numbers you've provided, I get $607/mo before tax.

What state and tax rate is this?

And, ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - if higher than the selling price (and, I'm pretty sure it will be), find out what's been added that isn't covered by the $930 drive off costs.

Can I get the residual and money factor for Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4? Dealer is in Georgia and I live in Mississippi. I think something is weird with the dealer's numbers.

For 36mo/10k miles, with $3000 cash down, dealer offered MSRP 43,400, 3500 discount, 1500 rebate for sale price of 38,400. Residual was 23,870 and MF was .00012. Payment was $394 incl MS tax.

Then, with $5k cash down, dealer offered 39mo/10k miles: MSRP 43,400, 5000 discount, 1500 rebate, for sale price of 36,900. Residual is 23,002 and MF is .00107. Payment incl MS tax is $340.

Dealer says both leases are Chrysler Capital and not marked up. Can you confirm if their numbers are accurate and legitimate?

BTW- while GA does tax whole vehicle upfront, MS does tax monthly, and dealer says they are computing tax in that manner since I live in MS
