Nothing face to face but so far yes sing and ride. I'm in Northern VA.
I am not sure what the dealer will come up with once we set down to close the deal. Ok if it's not really 0$ down based on that price what do you think is the monthly payment.

VA taxes the entire selling price. Will need the adjusted cap cost to figure the payment

There is lease cash available from the dealer; that was probably added into the cash from the customer.

Is there a minimum % off MSRP that you recommend as being fair to target based on prices paid?

It seems like fees and first month should run about $700...any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

$595 acquisition fee on every Honda lease
DMV fees for NJ should be around $300-$400. Watch out for dealer/doc fees.

We see 10K/yr offered in the tri-state area.

Just add 1% to the 12K/yr number.

Based on the following I am calculating a payment of $305/mo which includes 7% tax built in.

10k/36mo
56% RV/.00032 MF

First month and fees will total approx $1,300 however I have yet to receive the itemization of this.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Confirming the MF. I just realized the prior post reports this as .00032? But that prior post is also for a 10K lease. I thought Honda only offered 12k leases?

There are two MF for the CR-V - .00032 and .00072. I'm pretty sure NorCal uses the higher of the two.

And, the only place we know where Honda offers a 10K lease term is the NY/NJ/CT area.

15K is the highest mileage allowance Honda offers; likely that extra miles are charged up front on a per mile basis.
