@Michaell I got a dealer to apply the 9 MSD on a 00133 deal down to 00072, so hes obviously padding a little but but hes calculating the deposits on what my payment would of been at 00133 and after tax. Is that correct? Or should it be at the lower rate or before tax??

It varies by brand. Looks like Toyota uses the payment with the original MF.

Can you help guide me with numbers on an fwd highlander XLE in GA?

I am a single mom with a 2016 Sienna XLE lease and having trouble with my sliding doors which are on recall with no fix. I have a 3 year old who can get himself out of his car seat harness and I have so much anxiety over continuing to drive this van with the risk of the door opening in drive. Toyota customer service is giving me a hard time. I'm going to see if the dealership will help me out of my lease. I do not want another van but need 8 passenger capacity.

Getting out of your existing lease is going to be expensive, plus GA taxes the entire vehicle cost, even if you do lease.

Any thoughts on 348/mo pre-tax? Note there is no cap reduction (cash) on this lease and no upfront acquisition fee.

I don't see the acquisition fee mentioned anywhere.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - that might identify any hidden fees.

What is the MSRP? If that is the correct residual amount, then it looks like you may be paying full MSRP for the vehicle?

Don't accept quotes with big round numbers due upfront ($3000). Do you think the first payment and registration add up to $3000? That just obscures the true monthly cost of the vehicle. 1st payment and DMV charges are around $1000. Roll everything else in.
