An Oregon dealer is telling me that the S3 P+ residual for 15k milers and 36 months is 52% without Audi Care, and 53% with Audi Care. NV dealer gave me the same numbers you did. Any reason for the discrepancy?

I show 53% for 36/15 without AudiCare; 54% with.

Since the dealer can't modify the residual value, I believe the one dealer quoted you the Prestige numbers, which are 52% / 53%

Anybody lease one recently in SoCal area? I'm curious what sale price people may have settled on to get an idea of what I should be looking for as well. The wife and I have been playing hop scotch with deciding what new vehicle to lease but are thinking we will stick with the Audi family.

Also, what are RV and MF for a S3 Premium Plus in SoCal? Specifically for 36/12 and 36/10. Thanks!

The extra 9000 miles would reduce the residual further. Not sure of the amount per mile, but likely $.015-0.25 per mile.

Don't have the info on the Audi MSD program, but seems like it's just .00005 per deposit.

36 months is generally the sweet spot for Audi.

.00010 and 54% are correct for S3 Premium Plus.

If I add the acquisition fee to the selling price, then deduct the cap reduction and incentive, I get a payment of $415/mo, before tax.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is; I used $41,364 in my calculations.

You can roll the acquisition fee in, and eliminate the CAP reduction, which will also eliminate the upfront tax (which is on the acquisition fee and cap reduction)
You want to pay the DMV fees upfront, as those become taxable if you put them in the payment.
