    Thanks! The dealer is giving me RV=46% and MF=0.00175. Is it possible? I thought these were not arbitrary.
    Not that it's relevant to the dealer's number, but I typoed the residual. 24/12 residual is 50%

    The dealer is likely quoting a 36/12 lease. At least, the residual matches.

    It's a consumer rebate, and will be disclosed on the lease worksheet as a discount from MSRP, in addition to any discount you negotiate.
