2018 Honda Odyssey Deals and Prices

I haven't seen anybody else posting prices on new Odysseys so thought I would share my experience. I'm shopping for an Elite model in the Southeast. I've contacted probably 10 dealers so far and all have come back with quotes right at MSRP ($47,610). One dealer, however, has given me a written offer of $3K below MSRP with a $250 doc fee. I wanted to let people know that some dealerships are willing to go below MSRP, and after I close my deal this weekend I will provide final details and the name of the dealership.

Just finished my purchase from Watermark Honda in Paducah, KY, on a 2018 Odyssey Elite for $44,610 + $239 doc fee + tax/tags. The folks at Watermark were very easy to deal with and there were no surprises when I got to the dealership, nor was there any attempt to force extras on me. Pleasant experience overall. This is our 4th Odyssey and they have significantly upgraded the cabin compared to the previous two generations. Good luck to everybody else looking at the new Odyssey!

Thanks for posting! I'm seeing $1500 off MSRP on the Elite in the Southwest (SoCal). $3000 off sounds awesome!

    Hello,
i'm in Northern California and I'm looking for a Honda Odyssey EX-L, 2018. I've been emailing a couple dealerships and the lowest price I've received so far is is $35,000 (includes destination + dealership fee 80$) + taxes and fees (Title etc) for the zip code 94568. The price seems a bit high.

Any suggestions on what price should i be looking to pay for or the target price?

It is a northern Va. dealership, but I’ve dealt with them recently on some other deals. Not sure they would give you the same quote. If you contact me directly, I’d be happy to call them for you.

Picked up a 2018 Odyssey Elite with some extras thrown in wheel locks earlier this week for $42,882 with all dealer fees rolled in. Tax was 3% here in NC and tag and title was $100 or so on top of the $42,882. No trade in or dealer financing involved.

I had financing lined up previously with PenFed, great lender by the way. Applied online in 15 minutes and was approved immediately. They mailed me a blank check that I could take to any dealer and write out to them on the spot up to my requested preapproved loan amount. They are doing 36 months 1.49%, 48 months 2.24%, 2.99% 60 months, 3.24% 72 months, 3.84% 84 months. Anyone can join for $40 or so by joining an association.

Emailed multiple dealers in NC and VA. Most of them responded with higher figures but 2 were under $43k for price and dealer fees. Had a hard time getting anyone to go much lower than what I paid. 1-2 went $5-25 lower but they were going to be 4-5 hour round trip drives. Hope this helps.

Recent deal in Charlotte metro area, NC (with wheel locks, mud flaps and rear cargo tray added to base EX-L):

    Price of vehicle: $34,400
    Dealer Doc fee: $ 589
    NC lic/regist: $ 73
    State sales tax $ 903
    Total Drive off $35,965

Could’ve maybe held off for $200-300 more if we waited for later in the day, however I believe this was a pretty good deal.

    King,
I’m in Fort Mill and looking for a similar rig. Right now I have a quote for 41.6 out the door on a 2018 EX-L with Nav/RES. I have not negotiated at all, but the numbers seem out of line. Will you please refer me to your salesperson so I can inquire?

    thanks,

I recieved a quote from community Honda (Orland Park, IL) for a 2018 Elite at $42,249.00 plus tax, title, and license. and applied to any "in stock" vehicle.
That price included mud guards and wheel locks which were dealer installed.

Unfortunately, I couldn't touch SilverBullet's deal above (perhaps there was some flex cash at the time of his purchase). After extensive negotiation, I was all set to buy a 2018 EX-L Nav, but another dealer offered to put me in a 2019 in the color I wanted at an even better price.

Price Paid (base + destination): 35,141
Price Paid (out of the door): 37,900

This was in MD at Shockley in Frederick.

Given that the cost of money is increasing, my guess is that it will stay the same or increase. I'd bet against a decrease.

Got quoted for a 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L at $34,000 OTD in Memphis, TN (9.25% sales tax, $699 Processing Fee), or a 2019 EX-L for $35,000 OTD, only $1000 difference. Should I take the 2018 or 2019?
