Full MSRP. Dealers have no option, when it comes to the residual

Add the pretax payments together, then add any CAP reductions (downpayments or rebates). Multiply that sum by the tax rate. The tax amount is collected upfront. If you are rolling it into the lease, add it to the CAP cost and recalculate.

Hey everyone, love this forum! Thank you to the moderators for providing timely information and sage guideance. Just wondering if we could improve the usefulness if those of you who actually signed a lease would circle back and post your final XC90 deals. Some have, and it's very helpful to see where they landed. While the MF and Res% and rebate info is very helpful, I think the power of this forum would be to post your actual deal for folks who have yet to pull the trigger. Just my 2 cents. Thanks again!

I agree. My deal from February in Mass.

T6 Momemtum (Silver) with 21" Wheel (didn't want but already on so left them), Conv Pkg, Mom Plus Pkg, Booster, Htd Str Whl, Prot Plus (weather mats, etc.).

MSRP 60,805
Cap 52,774 (includes 2,500 incentive)
Resid 53% (39/15k)
MF .00117
~2K upfront (first, acq (695), doc fee (450 ouch), Reg fees)

~$626 plus tax

Took several rounds to get them down, although their initial offer was decent. I didn't have to pull the trigger in Feb so was wiling to wait.

Yeah.. sort of a strange amount to markup the money factor.. Usually, it's a round number. (so, .00138, or .00148, etc...)
