Since the MF is as low as it can possibly get, there is no advantage to a one-pay lease.

My lease on a 2016 Corolla LE Plus ends next month, I currently pay $245/month for a 2 year 15K mile lease. I didn't use the miles - I only used 12K a year. I love my lease payment but I want something bigger. It seems they can't give the Camry's away at my preferred dealer as they still have well over 100 2018 Camrys (40+ SEs) sitting on their lot. I qualify for college grad $750 rebate and they have offered me $750 lease loyalty rebate. I'd like to lease a camry for 3 years/12 Miles. What price would I need to negotiate a Camry SE to for 3 years 12K Miles in order to maintain my payment of $245 in zip code 85206. And I should add when I did the Corolla lease I put $500 down for the first month payment and license plates - I'd like to do the same for the Camry. (I have excellent credit) Thank you.

What is the MSRP for a Camry SE that you are interested in?

MSRP: $26,494. If I bought it they have marked it down to $23,620 - they have marked it down $1,874 and then taken the $1,000 rebate Toyota is offering to get this selling price. Thank you.

With that MSRP, the cap cost would have to be around $22,000 to get $245/mo, if the sales tax rate is around 8%. That means that the fees and such would likely have to be paid up front, and you'd have to negotiate a killer discount from sticker to get that payment.
