    I am looking at a 2018 base cayman with manual with a 36/7.5 lease. Zip is 93105. They are telling me the 36 month is MF is now 0.00151 where is used to be 0.00128. Has this changed or is it because the dealer is in another state? Thanks

    What are the residual, MF and MRM on a 2019 718 Cayman Base for 36/10? If 2019 numbers are still not out, what are the numbers for a 2018? Also what lease term/mileage combo has the lowest MF? Thanks!

    MRM = $72,600

    Terms under 30 months have .00128 MF, but that won't necessarily result in a lower payment, because the residuals aren't as favorable.

    As Im new to Porsche leasing..ive read through this entire thread and i see some folks asking for 24m terms. is that an option?

    like most im looking for the sweet spot in term/mileage in order to get the highest residual and decent MF.

    The spread on residuals between 24/36 months is only 7%. That would make a 24 month lease very expensive.
    39 month residuals are 2% lower than 36 month. 36 is as good a term, as any.

    I'm new so forgive me if I am misunderstanding. But back in April 2018, MF was around 0.00250 and now it seems it's around 0.00120 for Cayman Base 2018 36/10. Why has the MF gotten so much cheaper (half?) and does that mean it's a much better time to lease a Cayman? Also where do you get your data from for these numbers? I'm just curious. Thanks!
