    mf. 00004 and 42% residual at 12k miles. 
    There has been no negotiation. 
    It's a demo car with 2k miles on it already. 
    New to leases and trying to understand it best I can.

    If it was new, $376/mo.+tax, (about $402/mo vs. their $460/mo)
    I don't know the Jag calculation for reducing the residual, due to mileage, but it wouldn't add more than $20/mo.

    It's possible that the bottom line on the right isn't the actual adjusted CAP cost, if it's just $1500 due at signing, because you'd have to subtract out the first payment, before deducting the balance.

    If we add $600 back in to the CAP to cover the first payment and upfront tax, then reduce the residual by $500 for the current mileage, $405/mo.+tax = $433/mo.
    That's closer, but still off.

    I'll guess the MF is marked up, or if you saw the actual screenshot, the adjusted CAP is different.

    But, that's a huge discount from MSRP. In the end, $460/mo, with $1500 due at signing is pretty cheap for a $52K MSRP vehicle.
    But, I'd still want to see the actual lease numbers on a contract or screenshot.

    $297.00/month ($270/month + tax)

    MSRP: $40,303
    Cap Cost: 32,676.95
    Money Factor is .00011
    Residual is 50% = $20,151.50
