Just got my first quote from a dealer.

”2018 Honda Clarity Touring 36 month lease 12k miles per year. Actual lease price 27,100 with a money factor of .00047 and the residual of 15,372.95. If you put the basic drive off of 912.56 you have 35 remaining payments of 362.52 + tax 34.44 ( 9.5 % tax rate ) = 396.96”

Don't see any issues with the calculation, though I don't know your tax rate
Add'l CAP items $724 are the two items above and below.
The $215 CAP reduction is what
